RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE RESULTS ONLINE<\/span>
\nAs a Premium Cloud member<\/i><\/strong>, personal summary report detailing the results of your criminal check will be generated as soon as your checks are complete and will be safely stored within your cloud account for you to download at your leisure<\/i><\/strong>. These results are typically available 2-3 days before you receive your certificate in the post.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

SAFE AND SECURE STORAGE WITH PEACE OF MIND<\/span>
\nOnce you have received your Basic Disclosure certificate<\/i><\/strong> you can log in via our online portal using the details emailed to you shortly after applying. As a cloud member you can upload a scanned copy of your certificate online and thereafter rest assured that your Basic Disclosure details will be safely and securely stored online<\/i><\/strong> for your future reference.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

FASTER APPLICATION TURN AROUND<\/span>
\nThe process of applying for a Basic Disclosure<\/i><\/strong> is often time consuming as you will need to supply up to 5 years of address history as well as scanned copies of identity and proof-of-address documents. If your address details have changed since your previous application, simply update<\/i><\/strong> your new address details (we keep your previous addresses on our system) and upload up-to-date documents if necessary. A member of our team will then check and process your application.As an existing premium cloud member<\/i><\/strong>, your second application within 12 months will be processed with a free fast track upgrade<\/i><\/strong> meaning that your disclosure will be checked and submitted within 1 working day.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

RE-APPLY FOR YOUR BASIC DISCLOSURE<\/span>
\nBasic Disclosure certificates<\/i><\/strong> only reflect any unspent convictions up until the date of issue. If you require a more up-to-date Basic Disclosure check<\/i><\/strong>, you will need to request for a brand new application to be carried out which would show any further unspent convictions which have occurred since the date of your last Basic Disclosure check<\/i><\/strong>. If you re-apply with CRB Direct<\/i><\/strong> after you sign up to CRB Premium Cloud<\/i><\/strong>, subsequent applications for the same applicant submitted within 12 months will be upgraded to fast-track at no extra cost<\/i><\/strong> and the first subsequent application submitted after 12 months from the initial application will be free of charge<\/i><\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

CRB DIRECT PROTECT<\/span>
\nIn the event that a DBS certificate is not received via the postal service, CRB Direct will cover the cost of processing a new DBS check** and sending directly to the applicant.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is the cost?<\/span>
\nThere is no additional cost for using the basic CRB Cloud service<\/i><\/strong>. The basic services are included as an additional benefit to your application for a Basic Disclosure via CRB Direct<\/i><\/strong>. However, Premium Cloud<\/i><\/strong> with all of the benefits listed above is charged at \u00a38 per month with no minimum term<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n

How do I register?<\/span>
\nRegistration is simple<\/i><\/strong>. Once you have completed your application online<\/strong>, a username and password will be sent to you via email which will allow you to log into start using the CRB Cloud service<\/i><\/strong> immediately.
\nFor security and data protection<\/strong> purposes we would highly recommend updating your password the first time you log in to CRB Cloud<\/i><\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n
