Your employer will need to see your DBS certificate before you can complete the recruitment process.<\/p>\n<p>This role is subject to the 1975 Exceptions Order so you have a legal duty to disclose any spent convictions you have.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of these CRB checks is to ensure the public are properly protected from those who are unsuitable for public-facing roles.
